Improved Living Services, LLC is always looking for fun, energetic people with strong initiative and good work ethic to help serve our clients. There's always a need for those willing to work part-time hours during evenings and weekends. We currently have limited full-time openings, but many times our part-time employees transition into full-time employment within a short time.
Employees that work with ILS will benefit from our provided paid training that will include a minimum of 15 hours of applicable classes in your first year of hire. All staff are required to earn at least 8 hours of continuing training every year following. In addition, you can expect to do some job shadowing with experienced staff before learning to work independently in order to ensure a comfortable process for both you and our clients.

Improved Living Services, LLC requires that all employees have a high school diploma (or G.E.D. equivalent), valid Driver's License, automobile available for work shifts (as transporting clients may be required), and current auto insurance.
